At RTT MEDI, we aim to provide a reliable and straightforward delivery experience. Please review the processing times, shipping options, and other information below before placing your order.
Order Processing
- Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
- Processing time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Methods and Estimated Transit Times
- Standard Shipping: 8–14 business days — free shipping.
- Expedited Shipping: 5–8 business days — $19.99.
- DHL Shipping: 3–7 business days — $29.99.
Delivery estimates begin after an order has been processed and shipped. Total estimated delivery time is the processing time plus the shipping time. Estimates may be affected by destination, customs processing, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Customs Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges, or brokerage fees imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, we will send a tracking number to the email address used at checkout. Tracking information may take a short time to become active after the carrier receives the package.
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We can update an address only before the order has shipped. After dispatch, address changes may not be possible and may be subject to the carrier’s rules or additional fees.
