The HE-M0011 combines an ABS housing with a stainless steel contact surface in a smooth, palm-sized body measuring approximately 25 × 32 × 70mm. Weighing only 44g and fitted with a flexible wrist strap, it is comfortable to hold and easy to carry. No complicated wearable accessories are required—simply place the metal contact surface fully against the palm for a straightforward, non-invasive relaxation experience.
Two selectable settings—low-frequency pulse mode and high-frequency rhythm mode—allow users to choose a stimulation pattern that suits their preference or relaxation routine. Intensity can be adjusted with the side “+ / –” buttons, while the APP-controlled version also provides convenient smartphone access to mode, intensity and session settings.
The built-in 500mAh battery supports DC 5V/1A USB charging and takes approximately 1.5 hours to recharge, providing about 50 uses under normal conditions. A 20-minute automatic shutoff helps manage each session, with approximately 15 minutes recommended per use. Its compact design makes it suitable for bedtime routines, office breaks, travel and everyday relaxation.
